Custom orders are welcome and made with care to suit your preferences.

Please note that custom pieces require time to create, so processing may take longer than ready-made items.

Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.

Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Shipping Policy

Each piece is handmade, so please allow time for creation before shipping.

Orders are shipped after processing is complete.

Processing times may vary depending on the item and your location, but typically range between a few days to a couple of weeks. You will be updated if there are any delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Returns and Exchanges 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within a few days of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve it.
